User Panel Support Tickets
Use tickets for subscription status, client connection issues, order checks, plan upgrades, and refund requests. Sign in, open the ticket area, briefly describe the issue, and include any relevant on-screen messages. For updates, reply to the original ticket to keep the full context together.
Check for replies in the same ticket after submitting it. Response times depend on the complexity of the issue, the current queue, and whether more information is needed; no fixed resolution time is promised on this page. Order checks and connection issues that need to be reproduced may require further verification before a conclusion can be provided.
No email address or Telegram contact is listed on this page. Submit account- and order-related questions through the user panel ticket system. Open the panel through this site, and avoid sending order or account information to unverified external contacts.
For general questions, start with the Help Center. For your first client setup, follow the Quick Start guide. If you still need help, include the steps you completed and any messages you encountered in your ticket.
Describe what actually happens; this is more helpful for troubleshooting than simply saying “it doesn’t work.”
Connection and International Route Issues
Include your platform, client name, selected region and route type, and roughly when the issue started. Say whether the client fails to connect or a particular site is unreachable after connecting. If you have tried switching routes, updating the subscription, or changing your local network, note what changed afterward.
If you attach screenshots, include the error message and relevant screen, but hide sensitive account details other than your username. For access issues with specific AI tools or streaming services, provide the service name and message shown; do not share login credentials for the service.
Orders, Plans, and Refunds
Include the relevant order number from your panel, payment method, current order status, and what you need help with. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. In screenshots, show only what is needed to verify the order and hide full payment account details.
VPNQT offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, describe your request in a ticket and reference the relevant order. Continue discussing verification and progress in the same ticket. See the Terms of Service for the refund policy.
Adding Information to an Existing Ticket
If the issue changes, reply to the original ticket with the new message, steps to reproduce it, and current result. Check for replies in the panel after submitting. If further checks are needed, follow the instructions in the reply and report what happened so troubleshooting can continue.
