Service Scope

VPNQT provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries and 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel; route availability is as shown there.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, membership benefits, or content licenses for destination websites. Regional policies, identity verification, and eligibility for third-party services are determined by those services. A network connection does not grant access rights or guarantee ongoing availability of any particular website.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure, and do not disclose or transfer them to others. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password, reset your subscription link, and report the issue through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time for the account holder's own use. This does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others. Reselling, renting, or distributing subscriptions, or repackaging this service as a network access product for others, is not permitted without authorization.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain valid until used and do not expire. Check the plan type, traffic allowance, and price before ordering; see Plan Pricing for available options. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations where they are located, as well as the rules of destination services, and are responsible for confirming that their use of this service is lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, data theft, or other unlawful activity.

Unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, attacks, spam, or interference with the normal operation of other users or network facilities is prohibited. Users are responsible for their actions and transmitted content. VPNQT does not review or authorize the legality of third-party content.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, destination service status, device configuration, and maintenance. VPNQT does not guarantee a fixed speed, latency, or uninterrupted connection. If an issue occurs, users can check client settings, switch routes, and submit relevant diagnostic details.

Access issues caused by changes to third-party websites, device failures, or force majeure should be addressed according to their actual cause. This service is not responsible for third-party content, transactions, or account actions. Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or users' statutory rights.

Refund Terms and Requests

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the user panel, explain your request through a support ticket, and provide order details for verification. You do not need to give a reason for your dissatisfaction. Do not send your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

VPNQT will verify the order and payment records and communicate with you about the refund through the support ticket. The timing of the refund depends on the payment provider; these terms do not guarantee a processing time. Any subscription benefits affected by a refund will be explained during processing. Other remedies available by law remain unaffected.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For unlawful use, unauthorized resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNQT may restrict connections, suspend, or terminate an account based on the circumstances. Protective measures may be taken first in the event of an urgent risk. Users may explain the situation and request a review through a support ticket. Account actions do not automatically remove refund rights available under applicable law or these terms.

When service rules change, VPNQT will update this page and indicate the month of the update. Material changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits already acquired lawfully. If you have questions about a change or do not wish to continue using the service, contact support through the user panel.
