Create an Account and Open the User Dashboard
Use the link below to open the VPNQT account creation page, then enter the username and password you want to use. VPNQT does not require an email address; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Choose a username that’s easy to recognize but doesn’t reveal personal information, and use a password you don’t use on other sites. Before submitting, check that your entries meet the page requirements, especially for spaces or characters added when switching input methods.
After creating your account, follow the page instructions to open the user dashboard. If you land on the sign-in page, continue with the username and password you just set. Before moving on, make sure you can see your account overview and the plan options. Use the dashboard to manage your plan, get your subscription, and handle support tickets. Server information on marketing pages does not reflect your account status in the dashboard.
Save your login details in a trusted password manager rather than relying only on temporary browser autofill. Since account creation does not require an email address, don’t assume you can reset your password by email. If you have trouble signing in, check your username, input method, and autofilled password. For further help, see the account guide in the Help Center.
Choose a Plan and Check Your Order Status
In the Plans section of the dashboard, first distinguish between a monthly subscription and a data plan. If you prefer a monthly allowance, compare the data tiers in the monthly plans. If your usage varies, consider a data plan that lasts until the data is used and never expires. The two options have different usage and billing cycles, so don’t compare them by price alone or assume that a data plan renews like a monthly subscription.
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data allowances reset monthly on the activation date. Data plans are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, and never expire. Choose based on how you actually use the service, such as browsing, remote work, or video. There’s no need to pick a larger tier before you know your usage. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; check the dashboard instructions before proceeding.
Before paying with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, check the plan name, price, and data allowance shown in the order. After the payment page returns, confirm the order and plan status in the dashboard. A charge in your payment app alone does not mean the subscription is ready to use. If the status hasn’t updated, check the existing order and payment result before creating another one.
VPNQT offers a 60-day money-back guarantee and unlimited simultaneous devices. To compare all available tiers, see the plan pricing page. For refund details, read the Terms of Service. Once your plan is active, get your subscription. This helps avoid confusion from importing an empty configuration or using an outdated link.
Get Your Subscription and Keep the Link Safe
Open Account Overview in the user dashboard and check your current plan status and remaining data, then find the subscription options. A subscription link is not a regular webpage address; it’s a credential that lets a client retrieve server configuration. Copy it for use in your client. You don’t need to paste it into a search engine, and if opening it in a browser doesn’t show a regular webpage, that doesn’t mean the link is broken.
If the dashboard offers a one-click import option for your client, install the client first, then use that option to open the app. If there’s no matching option, copy the subscription link and select Import from URL in the client. Copy the entire link without editing its parameters or including the page title, instructions, or extra spaces. If you need to switch devices, sign in to the dashboard on the device you’ll use and copy the link there to limit how many apps it passes through.
Once you have your subscription, continue to the platform instructions below. For now, avoid enabling multiple proxy tools or editing server settings manually. Keeping the dashboard-provided configuration unchanged makes it easier to troubleshoot your first connection. For more on updating or resetting a subscription and understanding its configuration, read the complete user guide.
Import into a Client for Your Platform
After signing in, open the Clients section of the dashboard and choose the option for your device. You need a client that can receive subscription configurations—not a browser extension or a place to save the link as a bookmark. Get the client from the user dashboard and follow its current platform-specific instructions. This guide does not provide public download links, so you can avoid sources that may not match the dashboard’s guidance.
Windows: Import from the Subscription or Configuration Settings
On your Windows device, open the Clients section of the dashboard, select the VPNQT client for Windows, and follow the installation instructions. If Windows displays a permission prompt when you first launch the app, check the app name and source before allowing access. Don’t disable system protections just to complete the installation. If the app won’t install or launch, note the exact message and check the help guide.
Return to the dashboard and try the matching one-click import option. Alternatively, find Subscription, Configuration Management, or Add Configuration in the client, choose Import from URL, paste the subscription link you copied, and save. Then update or download the configuration and check that the server list appears. Select the configuration you want to use. Saving the link without retrieving the server details does not complete the import. Once the import is done, continue to the connection test.
macOS: Install the Client Before Importing
Choose the macOS desktop client in the dashboard and follow the current instructions to install and open it. The system may ask for permission the first time you launch the app or enable its network features. Read the prompt and make sure it matches what you’re doing. If macOS blocks the app, don’t run terminal commands copied from the web; first check the dashboard instructions and the Help Center’s compatibility advice.
Once the client opens normally, start a one-click import from the dashboard. If your browser asks whether to open an app, check the target app before confirming. Alternatively, add the remote link in the client’s configuration or subscription settings. Save and update, then check that the configuration is selected and the regional servers are visible. If the app imported the link but no servers appear, check the update result before reinstalling the client.
Android: Confirm System Permission After Importing
Sign in to the user dashboard on your Android device and get the recommended app using the instructions in the Clients section. Check the download source and system prompts during installation, then open the client. If your current browser can’t open the app, copy the link manually instead of repeatedly trying the same import in different browsers.
In the app, open Subscription or Configuration and use the relevant option, such as Add or Import from URL. Paste the complete subscription link, save it, and update the server list. Check the selected configuration and server, then connect. Android may ask for permission to set up a VPN connection; read the prompt and approve it to continue. If the connection drops when the app runs in the background, check your system’s background management settings using the Help Center guide. Avoid changing several system settings before your first connection.
iOS: Get a Compatible Client Using the Dashboard Instructions
Open the user dashboard on your iPhone or iPad and check the iOS client instructions. Use a compatible client that can receive subscriptions, as described in the dashboard, and follow its App Store link to find out how to get it. Availability depends on the current store listing and your device. Don’t try to use an installation file for another platform as an iOS app.
After installing the client, try the matching one-click import option in the dashboard. If your browser doesn’t open the app, copy the subscription link and import it from the client’s subscription management or remote configuration settings. Update the configuration, check the server list, and then connect. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, make sure the request comes from the client you just installed and follow the system prompts to grant permission. A successful import does not guarantee a successful connection; test actual access as described below.
VPNQT also supports Linux. See the complete user guide for environment and import details. You can import the subscription on multiple devices under the same account, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Each device still needs its own installation, configuration selection, and system permissions. If you need help, note your platform, the step you reached, and the exact error message instead of simply saying it doesn’t work.
Connect to a Server and Test Access
Once the server list appears, choose a server in a region that meets your destination service’s requirements, then connect in the client. To check whether the configuration works, you can start by testing a server in the current list. If the service has account-region or exit-region requirements, check its rules first. Changing regions is not a universal fix for login problems, so avoid switching regions repeatedly while troubleshooting.
When the client shows that the connection is enabled, open the destination website in a browser and check that the page loads fully. Then try the task you need to do, such as signing in, transferring a file, or streaming. The client’s connected status only indicates that the local connection is enabled; the destination service may still be affected by account restrictions, region, or its own rules. Judge the result by whether your task works, not just by the status icon.
If you still can’t access the service, first check that your regular internet connection works. Then check your plan status and remaining data in the user dashboard, update your subscription, and make sure the correct configuration is selected. Close other proxy tools that might be controlling your network and try again, so multiple tools aren’t changing your routes at once. If the client connects but only one website has a problem, note the service, selected region, and error message before deciding whether to try another server. Don’t delete every configuration as a first step.
After your first successful test, keep using the configuration you confirmed works and update the subscription as supported by your client. To stop temporarily, disconnect in the client, then check that regular internet access is restored. If you have problems after your device sleeps, you switch networks, or the system updates, check the connection and configuration again. You don’t need to create another account or place another order each time.
For common connection issues, see the Help Center. The complete user guide covers server types, routing rules, and ongoing maintenance. If you still need help from a person, use a support ticket in the user dashboard and include your device platform, what went wrong, and the steps you’ve tried. Hide passwords, subscription links, and private payment details in screenshots. Focus your report on reproducible steps and the exact error message.
